Oak Bay Firefighters

Oak Bay Firefighters 1856 along with Victoria Firefighters 730 have been supporting CFAX Santa’s Anonymous for over 20 years. Over the years we have held a multitude of annual fundraisers to help raise funds to support those in need that receive food and gift packages over the Christmas season. The delivery process is usually spread out with Friday being a pick up day and Saturday/Sunday being delivery days. Firefighters use personal vehicles and donate their time to deliver groceries to hundreds of families in need over the holiday season. It is an event we are very proud of being a part of and look forward to many more years of supporting our communities through this event. In 2010 we welcomed Esquimalt Firefighters as they asked if they were able to help out and we undoubtedly accepted them into this tradition.

On Friday December 14, 2012 the Professional Fire Fighters of Greater Victoria Community Foundation presented a cheque to CFAX Santa’s Anonymous for $3500.
